La Compétitivité internationale dans le secteur bancaire

Abstract

« COMPETITIVITE INTERNATIONALE DANS LE SECTEUR BANCAIRE : LE CAS DES BANQUES ALGERIENNES (2000-2017)» Résumé: La Cette recherche analyse la compétitivité internationale du secteur bancaire algérien à la lumière des réformes de libéralisation financière. Elle met en évidence les transformations induites par l'ouverture économique, notamment l’amélioration de l’efficience technique, l’innovation digitale et l’adoption de standards internationaux. À travers une approche empirique fondée sur un questionnaire auprès de 320 cadres bancaires, l’étude identifie les principaux leviers et freins à la compétitivité. Elle propose également des recommandations stratégiques pour renforcer la position des banques algériennes dans un environnement globalisé. « International Competitiveness in the Banking Sector: Case of the Algerian Economy » Abstract : This research examines the international competitiveness of the Algerian banking sector in the context of financial liberalization reforms. It highlights the sector’s transformation through improved technical efficiency, digital innovation, and alignment with international standards. Based on an empirical survey of 320 banking professionals, the study identifies key drivers and obstacles to competitiveness and offers strategic recommendations to enhance the global positioning of Algerian banks. التنافسية الدولية في القطاع المصرفي: حالة البنوك الجزائرية الملخص : تُحلّل هذه الدراسة تنافسية القطاع المصرفي الجزائري على الصعيد الدولي في ظل إصلاحات التحرير المالي. وقد بيّنت كيف ساهم الانفتاح الاقتصادي في تحديث البنوك، وتحسين كفاءتها التقنية، وتعزيز الابتكار الرقمي، والامتثال للمعايير الدولية. من خلال استبيان ميداني شمل 320 إطارًا مصرفيًا، حدّدت الدراسة أهم محددات التنافسية والمعوقات التي تواجه البنوك الجزائرية. كما قدّمت توصيات استراتيجية لتعزيز موقعها في السوق المالية العالمية. كلمات مفتاحية : بنك، التنافسية ، تمويل، كفاءة، حكومة، أداء، المنافسة ، الابتكار، التحرير المالي، الاستراتيجيات.
