Abstract

365 التحقيق في مواقف أساتذة وطلاب اللغة الإنجليزية تجاه استخدام أشرطة الفيديو والفعالية والتحديات في التعليم العالي ملخص الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو التحقيق في وجهات النظر والمواقف كل من اساتذة وطلاب اللغة الإنجليزية تجاه استخدام مقاطع الفيديو والتحديات التي تواجههم في التعليم العالي 5 السياق المحدد الذي يتم فيه إجراء هذا البحث هو تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة أجنبية على مستوى الاول، وتحديدا في قسم اللغة الإنجليزية كلية اللغات الأجنبية في جامعة محمد بن أحمد وهران 2، وجامعة الجزائر 53 استخدم هذا البحث نماذج مختلفة لتصميم التجربة بنا ء ا على احتياجات الطلاب وكفاءاتهم 5 أظهر التقييم أن استخدام برنامج أشرطة الفيديو يشتمل على بعض التحديات التي تمت معالجتها ثم تم اقتراح طرق للتغلب عليها 5 يُعتقد أن هذه الأطروحة تساهم في فهم وضعية تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية ضمن استخدام التكنولوجيا في سياق التعليم العالي في الجزائر 5 كما يقدم رؤى حول احتياجات طلاب وأساتذة اللغة الإنجليزية وما قد يتوافق مع أهداف نظام ل 5م 5د. الكلمات المفتاحية: مقاطع فيديو موثوقة؛ منهج القائم على الكفاءة؛ نظريات التعلم عن بعد؛ النصوص المتعددة الوسائط؛ الاجهزة الإلكترونية؛ اقسام الدراسية التقليدية؛ فيديوهات يوتيوب Investigating EFL Teachers and Students’ Attitudes towards the Use, Effectiveness and Barriers of Videos in Higher Education Summary The aim of this study is to investigate the perspectives and attitudes of both EFL teachers and EFL students towards the use of videos, their effectiveness, and the challenges encountered in higher education. The specific context within which this research is conducted is English as a Foreign Language teaching at the graduate level, specifically at the Department of English, in the Faculty of Foreign Languages, in the University of Mohammed Ben Ahmed Oran 2, and in the University of Algiers 3. This research employed various paradigms and designs to tailor the experiment to students’ needs and competencies. The evaluation showed that the use of videos addressed some challenges, and then methods were suggested to overcome them. This dissertation is believed to contribute to understand the English teaching situation within technology use in the EFL context of Algeria. It also offers insights into the needs of EFL students and teachers, as well as what might align with the objectives of the LMD system. Keywords: Authentic videos; Competency-based approach; Distance learning theories; Multimodal texts; online materials; Traditional classrooms; YouTube videos Étudier les attitudes des enseignants et des étudiants de l’EFL à l’égard de l’utilisation, de l’efficacité et des obstacles des vidéos dans les établissements d’enseignement supérieur Résumé Le but de l’étude est d’examiner les perspectives et les attitudes des enseignants et des étudiants en EFL à l’égard de l’utilisation de vidéos, de l’efficacité et des défis rencontrés dans l’enseignement supérieur. Le contexte spécifique dans lequel cette recherche est menée est l’enseignement de l’anglais comme langue étrangère au niveau du premier cycle, plus précisément au département d’anglais, faculté des langues étrangères, Université Mohammed Ben Ahmed Oran 2, et l’Université d’Alger 3. Cette recherche a utilisé différents paradigmes et conceptions pour concevoir l’expérience en fonction des besoins et des compétences des étudiants. L’évaluation a montré que le programme de vidéos comportait certains défis abordés et des méthodes suggérées pour les surmonter. Cette thèse est censée contribuer à comprendre la situation de l’enseignement de l’anglais dans le contexte de l’utilisation des technologies en EFL en Algérie. Il donne également un aperçu des besoins des étudiants et des enseignants de l’EFL, ainsi que de ce qui pourrait être conforme aux objectifs du système de LMD.
