Les Différentes Modalités de Financement de l’Economie Algérienne

Abstract

Résumé : Cette thèse analyse les défis et les opportunités du financement de l'économie algérienne face à sa dépendance aux hydrocarbures et ses mécanismes traditionnels limités. À travers une approche mixte combinant un diagnostic stratégique et une modélisation économétrique des interactions entre les Modalités de Financement et la Croissance Économique en Algérie, elle explore l'intégration de modalités innovantes comme la finance islamique et les fintech. Les résultats mettent en évidence la nécessité de moderniser le système financier pour promouvoir une croissance inclusive et durable. Cette recherche propose une stratégie d'adaptation visant à moderniser les mécanismes existants tout en promouvant une gouvernance financière efficace et durable. تحلل هذه الأطروحة التحديات والفرص المرتبطة بتمويل الاقتصاد الجزائري في ظل اعتماده على المحروقات وآلياته التقليدية المحدودة. ومن خلال مقاربة مزدوجة تجمع بين التشخيص الاستراتيجي والنمذجة القياسية للعلاقات بين أنماط التمويل والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، تستكشف الدراسة إمكانية دمج آليات تمويل مبتكرة مثل التمويل الإسلامي و التكنولوجيا المالية. وتُبرز النتائج الحاجة إلى تحديث النظام المالي من أجل دعم نمو شامل ومستدام. تقترح هذه الدراسة استراتيجية تكيّف تهدف إلى تحديث الآليات القائمة وتعزيز حوكمة مالية فعّالة ومستدامة.This thesis analyzes the challenges and opportunities related to the financing of the Algerian economy, in light of its dependence on hydrocarbons and its limited traditional mechanisms. Through a mixed approach combining strategic diagnostic tools and econometric modeling of the interactions between financing modalities and economic growth in Algeria, it explores the integration of innovative mechanisms such as Islamic finance and fintech. The results highlight the need to modernize the financial system to foster inclusive and sustainable growth. This research proposes an adaptation strategy aiming to modernize existing mechanisms while promoting effective and sustainable financial governance.
