ENSEÑANZA DE LA RELIGIÓN Y LIBERTAD RELIGIOSA EN LA ESPAÑA ACTUAL. VISIBILIZACIÓN DE LOS MUSULMANES EN LA ESFERA PÚBLICA

Abstract

La enseñanza de la religión de las minorías en los centros educativos públicos está tomando espacio en el escenario español en la última década. La enseñanza religiosa escolar se considera como una de los principales cambios que están marcando la historia de la España actual a pesar de los obstáculos frente a su ejercicio en la vida efectiva. El crecimiento de la población inmigrante, la musulmana en particular hizo que la sociedad es diversa y plural lo que contribuye en la visibilización de esta comunidad en los espacios públicos en el tiempo presente. Esta visibilización, aun mínima, se concretiza mediante la construcción de mezquitas, posesión de cementerios y practicar ritos según el Islam. Se evidencia también con la enseñanza religiosa islámica que adecua con las convicciones de las familias de los alumnos musulmanes. Los límites de la enseñanza religiosa así que el uso del hijab considerado como símbolo religioso son múltiples lo que contrapone con la España intercultural y plurirreligiosa de hoy.The religious teaching of minority communities in public educational centers is considered one of the changes that mark the history of contemporary Spain duo to its approval and the obstacles to its exercise in effective life. The growth of the Inmigrant population, the Muslim population particularly, made society diverse and plural, which contributes in the visibility of religious minorities in public spaces in the actuality. This visibility, even minimal, is achieved through the construction of places of worship, practicing rituals according to a religion. It is also evident with the religious education that adapts to the convictions of the student’s families. The limits of religious teaching and the use of the hijab, considered a religious symbol, are multiple, which contrasts with intercultural and multi-religious actual Spain.يعتبر تدريس التربية الدينية للأقليات في المؤسسات التربوية العمومية باسبانبا أحد التغييرات التي ميزت تاريخ اسبانيا في الوقت الراهن، ويعود ذلك إلى المصادقة على هذا القانون على الرغم من وجود عقبات كثيرة تحول دون تطبيقه في الواقع المعاش . ساهم إرتفاع نسبة المهاجرين في اسبانيا في الآونة الأخيرة خاصة الجالية المسلمة في جعل المجتمع الاسباني مجتمعا مختلفا ومتنوعا والتي تساهم بدورها في مرئية الأقليات الدينية في الأماكن العمومية . بالرغم من ضعف مرئية هذه الفئات الا انها تبرز من خلال بناء المساجد والحصول على مقابر والقيام بالعبادات والشعائر حسب دين الإسلام كما انها تتجلى أيضا من خلال تدريس التربية الإسلامية التي تتوافق مع قناعات ومعتقدات عائلات الطلبة المسلمين . تعددت حدود التعليم الديني وكذااستخدام الحجاب، الذي يعتبر رمزا دينيا، وهو ما يتناقض مع إسبانيا المتعددة الثقافات والأديان
